Shop the range ↓These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of AquaForge 3D printed swim resistance propellers sold by Players Swim (Pty Ltd) through www.aquaforge3d.co.za. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms in full.
AquaForge propellers are 3D printed swim training devices designed for use in supervised aquatic environments. All products are sold as swim training aids only and are not intended for any other purpose. Players Swim (Pty Ltd) reserves the right to update product specifications without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and verified through Yoco. Players Swim (Pty Ltd) reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Courier delivery is available nationwide across South Africa at a flat rate of R150 per order. Collection in person is available free of charge at LC de Villiers Pool, University of Pretoria, Hatfield, Pretoria. A collection time will be arranged via the contact details provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Players Swim (Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
All AquaForge products carry a 6 (six) month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and product failure under normal use conditions.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at www.aquaforge3d.co.za within the 6-month warranty period with proof of purchase and a description or photo of the defect. Valid warranty claims will be resolved by repair or replacement at our discretion, at no cost to the customer.
Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Players Swim (Pty Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.
Players Swim (Pty Ltd) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect: When you place an order we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
How we store it: Your personal information is stored securely in a private Google Drive and Google Sheet accessible only to authorised Players Swim (Pty Ltd) personnel. This information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it: Your full personal details (name, email, phone number and delivery address) are retained for the duration of the 6-month warranty period from your order date. After this period, all personal data except your first name and order date is permanently deleted from our records. The first name and order date are retained for internal sales records only.
Your rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time within the retention period by contacting us at www.aquaforge3d.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at www.inforegulator.org.za.
Payment data: All payment information is processed exclusively by Yoco and is never stored by Players Swim (Pty Ltd). Please refer to Yoco's privacy policy at www.yoco.com for information on how payment data is handled.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
